Compliments:
Initial LASIK consultation, doctor and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Procedure completed without a hitch. Staff was very efficient and kind. They even invited my family to go watch the procedure if they wanted to. Nice box of chocolates on the way out.

Areas of Improvement:
I do wish they provided a more complete supply of Bion Tears - only a few days supply included. The patient is expected to go buy more from the drug store. With the amount of money paid, I would have expected all drops to be included in the price.

More information about being prepared to be available for post-op follow up. Although I appreciate the extra care for follow up, it would have been helpful to know that it may be necessary to return sooner than 1 day, 1 week after the surgery.

Would have been nice to be told ahead of time that my care would be transferred to various doctors and nurses in the clinic before, during and after the surgery. I was fine with it overall, but when you can't see and disoriented post surgery, it's piece of mind to know who exactly is looking after you.
